Spencer is a highly experienced illustrator and co-founder of Peepshow, a UK-based, award-winning studio specialising in animation, art direction, and illustration.
For over two decades, he has created bright, bold, playful, and intelligent digital illustrations for advertising, editorial, animation, and publishing, working to commission in two evolving styles.
He is just as comfortable illustrating a children’s picture book, getting his head around complex issues for a New Scientist editorial, working to a tight deadline for The Guardian, and providing assets for animation or realising an ad campaign. More recently, he’s worked as design lead and art-directed episodes of the CBeebies animated show Maddie and Triggs.
